Multifamily Property Manager - Terrace Cove

This is a great opportunity to play a key role in establishing a strong team, building relationships with residents, and helping set the tone for the community’s next chapter. You’ll be part of a team focused on delivering an exceptional resident experience while helping drive the community’s success from day one.

Responsibilities

• Increase property revenue by building a high‑performing team with strengths in sales and service.
• Assess, train and develop your team on salesmanship and operational best practices.
• Build strong relationships with maintenance professionals to ensure the property presents as best in class.
• Be accessible to the needs of the community (nights and weekends if required) and assist at multiple locations when needed.
• Assist in managing the client/owner relationship by meeting with owners, conducting community tours, providing updates on performance, and responding to owner requests.
• Promote resident satisfaction and retention by responding to complaints, questions, and requests promptly and taking appropriate action.
• Follow company procedures related to evictions, including proper notice, court representation, and proceedings.
• Organize and participate in the daily huddle to discuss company virtues, business goals, wins, and teammate success stories.
• Complete the budget strategy workbook and draft the annual operating budget by analyzing financial statements, marketing information, operational reports, and capital needs.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret market and economic trends to implement short‑ and long‑range marketing and leasing strategies that achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure the physical aspects of the property, grounds, buildings, and amenities meet standards for safety, cleanliness, and appearance.
• Complete all required training to keep knowledge current and aligned with company standards, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in multifamily property management.
• At least 3 years of experience hiring, training, and coaching teams.
• Solid business acumen with experience owning and driving P&L responsibilities.
• A college degree is preferred.
