Responsibilities

• Increase property revenue by building a high-performing team with strengths in sales and service.
• Assess, train, and develop your team on salesmanship and operational best practices.
• Build strong relationships with maintenance professionals to ensure your property presents as best in class.
• Be accessible to the needs of the community (nights and weekends if required).
• Put the team first and assist at multiple locations when needed.
• Manage the client/owner relationship by meeting with owners, conducting community tours, providing performance updates, and responding to owner requests.
• Promote resident satisfaction and retention by responding to complaints, questions, and requests in a timely manner and resolving service issues.
• Follow company procedures related to evictions, including proper notice requirements, evicting residents, and representing the community in court hearings.
• Organize and participate in daily huddles to discuss company virtues, business goals, wins, and teammate success stories.
• Complete the budget strategy workbook and draft the annual operating budget by analyzing financial statements, marketing information, operational reports, and capital needs.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret market and economic trends to implement short- and long-range marketing and leasing strategies.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and general appearance meet established standards.
• Complete all required training to stay current with company standards, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

• 3 years in multifamily property management.
• 3 years of hiring, training, and coaching teams.
• Solid business acumen with experience owning and driving P&L’s.
• A college degree is preferred.
