About the role

The Lead Superintendent is responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project timelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, execution, and completion.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry standards.
• Manage a team of subcontractors and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to maintain project progress and resolve issues.
• Prepare and present project reports to clients and superiors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in construction projects.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with project management software such as Procore or similar tools.

Skills

• Construction Safety Certification.
