Lead Superintendent - Multi-family

About the role

We are one of Atlanta's premier general contractors focused in almost every market sector in the state of Georgia. We are currently looking to bring on Lead Superintendents to our team in Atlanta for our multi-family division. That division focuses on high density wood frame projects.

Responsibilities

• High Density wood frame multi-family
• Podiums, Wraps and Garden-style
• Lead job site crews and projects from start to finish
• Ensure projects are completed on time and on budget
• Work with Leadership and project management team to ensure project success

Requirements

• 5+ years experience as a multi-family superintendent
• Lead at least one multi-family job
• High School Diploma
