Lead Superintendent Multifamily

About the role

Oversee day-to-day on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. You will coordinate with project teams and subcontractors while driving quality, compliance, and efficient execution across all phases of construction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field staff to maintain efficient workflow
• Enforce safety protocols and foster a strong safety-first culture
• Implement and maintain quality control standards across all phases of construction
• Proactively identify and resolve project challenges to avoid delays
• Maintain accurate documentation of project progress, materials, and costs
• Collaborate closely with project management to ensure alignment on deliverables

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Superintendent within multifamily construction
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and site coordination
• Ability to manage subcontractors and lead field teams effectively
• Solid understanding of safety regulations and quality control standards
• Experience with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, or similar)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
