About the role
The WellNow Urgent Care Multi-Site Manager is responsible for leading two sites, managing operations, ensuring mission, vision, culture, and strategy, and providing high-quality, efficient care.
Responsibilities
- Identifies opportunities for improvement and executes action plans.
- Onboards, trains, and cross-trains all site team members.
- Communicates job expectations and conducts individual and team coaching.
- Ensures adequate coverage for staff and supports patient flow.
- Facilitates team briefs and monthly meetings.
- Maintains OSHA compliance and ensures housekeeping and equipment maintenance.
- Partners with leadership and providers to recognize and reward team members.
- Follows established scripts and protocols, including patient rooming and discharge.
- Manages performance of the entire site team, prepares and delivers performance reviews, and drives accountability through performance plans and goals.
- Connects with both providers and clinical teams individually and in groups.
- Gathers feedback from the clinic and escalates issues.
- Manages patient service, addressing grievances and resolving complaints.
- Creates and drives a culture of compassion and respect for patients, visitors, medical staff, and colleagues.
- Ensures the office is OSHA compliant and maintains a clean, safe environment.
- Manages operational performance for providers, ensuring successful and timely chart completion.
- Tracks labor costs and medical supplies expense against budget.
- Manages employee timekeeping, attendance, and absence management.
- Works flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare environment and clinical experience preferred.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized.
- Microsoft Office experience.
- Reliable transportation.
- Travel required – approximately 50%.
