About the Role

This position provides support to the Regional Manager and Regional Director, focusing on personnel leadership, training, operational safety, and delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide feedback to the Regional Manager and Regional Director.
• Ensure employees are held accountable for safety standards and resolve maintenance issues.
• Monitor performance metrics, develop process improvements, and resolve issues impacting service levels.
• Attend customer meetings and build relationships with customers.
• Coordinate logistics activities with internal and external customers.
• Ensure all employees provide the highest level of service.
• Ensure equipment is in good working condition and coordinate repairs with vendors.
