Multi-Mod Rad Technologist-Float

Responsibilities

• Perform at least two procedures, primarily CT and X-Ray, supporting additional modalities routinely and providing on-call coverage.
• Perform radiographic procedures with patient-centered care.
• Uphold registered technologist standards of practice.
• Communicate exam instructions clearly to patients.
• Maintain proficiency in multiple modalities.
• Ensure equipment and patient care tools are properly used and maintained.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; graduate of an accredited Radiology program; Associate’s degree preferred.
• Knowledge of radiographic procedures, imaging equipment, and troubleshooting software.
• Licensure/certification in at least two radiology modalities (e.g., ARRT, NMTCB, ARDMS).
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or Red Cross.
• 1-2 years of clinical radiology experience.
