Multi-Domain Operations Trainer
About the role
As a trainer, you’ll provide in-person and over-the-shoulder instruction for our Army clients through live, virtual, and constructive methods. You’ll showcase your technical expertise and industry knowledge to devise creative solutions for mission-critical problems.
Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver training using the Instructional Design, scenario development, and live training delivery processes to enhance the readiness of the units and Soldiers we support.
- Provide timely research and analysis of current global Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) threats to identify high-value gaps and develop innovative solutions for unit Soldiers and Staffs to counter these threats.
- Integrate, plan, synchronize, coordinate, and facilitate all live, virtual, constructive, and gaming C-UAS assets available for Combat Training Center and home station training using blended learning techniques.
- Assist Combat Training Center Observer Controller Trainers (OCT) with the integration of enemy UAS threats and signatures into exercise scenarios.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience with the U.S. Military
- 6+ years of experience leading U.S. Military training
- Experience as an Observer/Controller at a Combat Training Center
- Experience training Electronic Warfare and Counter Unmanned Aircraft System capabilities
- Experience with Department of War logistics and equipment management
- Secret clearance
- High school diploma or GED
Qualifications
- Nice if you have: Experience with being deployed in a combat or combat advisor role; Experience with integrating live, virtual, constructive, and gaming warfighting training; Experience conducting After Action Reviews (AAR)
- Bachelor's degree

Pay
The estimated annual salary range for this position is $69,300.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD).
Schedule
This position offers a flexible schedule, with options for remote, hybrid, or onsite work.
