Major Responsibilities

  • Aids in overseeing of the training activities
  • Provides input to the Center Manager for the routine evaluation of staff
  • Responsible for maintaining office forms up-to-date
  • Communicates updates and protocols
  • Create training schedule to ensure appropriate staffing levels
  • Ensure proper training and job performance for all staff

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities And Other Qualifications

  • Possess skills to lead a team of up to 4 Patient Care Coordinators
  • Ability to train others
  • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Office programs including Excel
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior experience in a medical office setting is preferred
  • High School diploma Associates degree strongly preferred

Working Conditions

  • Requires working in a clinical setting
  • The noise level is moderate
  • Potential for exposure to infectious diseases and blood-borne pathogens
  • The ability to stand and sit for hours at a time, (with some bending and stooping)
  • The ability to use manual dexterity in relation to clinical requirements
  • The ability to lift 50 lbs.
