Operations Trainer

Responsibilities
- Deliver structured, hands-on training aligned with DOJO curriculum and company standards to new hires.
- Demonstrate standard operating procedures and proper use of tools and materials.
- Train new hires on proper techniques, safety protocols, and standard work with clear intention.
- Observe and assess trainee performance by watching for accuracy, pace, and safe behavior.
- Offer consistent and constructive feedback and tips to help new hires understand operations.
- Create a supportive learning space that encourages questions and fosters a positive attitude toward continuous learning and adaptability.
- Ensure floor readiness by tracking progress of each hire using DOJO evaluation tools.
- Sign off on skills when consistently demonstrated to standard.

- Strong communication skills, including speaking to groups (10-30 people).
- Able to communicate effectively with peers, managers, and new hires.

Qualifications
- Experience as a trainer in a production or manufacturing environment (preferred).
