Multi-Craft Maint Tech (C shift) 7pm - 7am

About the Role

The Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician is responsible for setup, installation, troubleshooting, repair, and testing of complex mechanical/electrical equipment, including automatic machines, process controls, motor control centers, computer control systems, and basic plant electrical equipment. This role also involves preventive maintenance activities related to production and building equipment, machinery, and components.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and accurately reports personal activities on a daily, or more frequent, basis
• Assists the Maintenance Lead Person and/or the Maintenance Manager in determining proper installation and/or repair procedures for mechanical, electrical, and/or electronic equipment
• Notifies the Maintenance Manager or Maintenance Lead Person if additional hand, power, or electronic diagnostic tools are required
• Participates in a preventive maintenance program as directed by Maintenance supervision
• Assures that safe work practices and company policies are adhered to at all times
• Assists Maintenance Lead Person and/or Maintenance Manager in establishing and maintaining optimum inventory levels of critical components
• Performs other duties as directed by the Maintenance Manager
• Capable of operating a lift truck
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license
