Who should consider a Ministry Apprenticeship?

Those who: - Are active in ministry and want to grow - Are considering future Word ministry (church, mission, etc.) - Meet biblical character qualifications (e.g. 1 Tim 3) - Are willing to be trained, stretched, and equipped

What is the curriculum over the two years?

The program is built around: 1. Being like Jesus (Character) 2. Thinking like Jesus (Conviction) 3. Serving like Jesus (Competence) Weekly time breakdown: - 3.5 days: Ministry experience - 1 day: Training & reflection (spread through the week) - 0.5 days: Theological study Training includes: - Bible teaching, evangelism, pastoral care - Leadership and ministry skills - Theological reflection - One-to-one discipleship Reading lists, objectives, and training papers support each focus area across the two years.
