A 2-year Hands-on Ministry Apprenticeship Centred on Bible, prayer, and practical ministryDesigned to equip Christians for a lifetime of gospel serviceOften completed before formal theological training It follows the Ministry Training Strategy (MTS) and is known as METRO within the Presbyterian Church of Victoria.
Who should consider a Ministry Apprenticeship?
- Those Who Are active in ministry and want to grow
- Are considering future Word ministry (church, mission, etc.)
- Meet biblical character qualifications (e.g. 1 Tim 3)
- Are willing to be trained, stretched, and equipped

The curriculum over the two years

Weekly Time Breakdown: 3.5 days: Ministry experience, 1 day: Training & reflection (spread through the week), 0.5 days: Theological study
