MSR AS (DAL) - 8/10

TEKsystems is partnering with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution to hire Member Service Representatives. This is a fully remote position; candidates must reside within 60 miles of Dallas, TX, in case onsite attendance is ever required for specific, designated training purposes. Currently, no on-site days are planned.

Responsibilities

• Respond to member inquiries in a high-volume, structured contact center.
• Provide accurate and detailed information about products and services to ensure an excellent member experience.
• Process financial transactions for savings, checking, loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other accounts.
• Advise members on additional products and services aligned with their needs.
• Manage a daily call volume of 80–100+ calls.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of recent customer service experience (call center, retail, admin, or sales).
• Ability to perform successfully in a fast-paced, mentally demanding environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to navigate difficult conversations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Computer proficiency, including data entry and typing skills.
• Previous remote work experience preferred.

Schedule

• Full-time, 40 hours per week.
• After training, schedules fall between 2:00 PM and 12:30 AM within an 8.5-hour shift window.
• Rotating weekday and weekend days off.
• Schedules are released two weeks in advance.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $22.25/hr. Individual compensation offered within this range will depend on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
