About the role

Engage with members and individuals in a 24/7 high-volume, schedule-driven contact center. Provide information about a wide range of products and services with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. Handle transactions for savings, checking, loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other accounts while advising members on suitable products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals.
  • Provide information on products and services with active listening and engagement.
  • Perform transactions for savings, checking, loans, credit cards, and IRAs.
  • Advising members on additional products and services that meet their needs.
  • Ensure optimal member experience and customer service in a structured environment.

Essential Skills

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong data entry capabilities.
  • Experience in a call center or similar high-volume, structured environment.
  • Ability to adapt to multiple systems and engagement methods.
  • Compliance with policy standards.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in administrative, secretary/receptionist, banking/mortgage, or high-volume retail environments.
  • Familiarity with environments such as Starbucks, Chick-fil-A, or Target.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pensacola, FL.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.75 - $19.75/hr.

Work Environment

The Contact Center operates 24/7/365, supporting members worldwide. Shifts are designed to promote work-life balance, with flexibility in start and end times. Scheduled breaks and meals are taken as planned, and shifts may require taking continuous calls for up to four hours. The role offers a hybrid/onsite requirement, ensuring reasonable flexibility to accommodate personal and family life.
