About the role

We are seeking dependable and service-driven individuals to join a leading financial institution as Member Service Representatives (MSRs). As an MSR, you will play a crucial role in providing empathetic, professional, and solution-oriented support to members through inbound calls. You’ll be part of a dynamic team committed to resolving account-related inquiries quickly and accurately while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and assist members with account servicing needs
• Navigate multiple systems to research and resolve account concerns
• Provide exceptional customer service and support
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow compliance procedures

Requirements

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume environment
• Comfortable using multiple systems and tools to assist members
• Reliable and punctual, especially during training

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in customer service or related field preferred
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office

Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency with call center software and CRM systems

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.75 - $19.75/hr. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include the following:

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pensacola, FL. The position is a hybrid position in Pensacola, FL.
