Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively
- Manage client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate service delivery and meet client needs
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback
- Provide product and service information to clients, ensuring they are well-informed
- Aid in onboarding new clients and supporting ongoing account management activities
- Identify opportunities for account growth and communicate these to relevant teams
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service, account management, or related roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Positive attitude and a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

Pay Range
$23 - $35 per hour
