Responsibilities
- Support incoming issues that may include procedural, software, hardware, and operating system problems for their technologies, desktops, laptops, wireless devices, peripherals, servers, and software.
- Configure, troubleshoot, and repair Cloud-based networking, Windows servers and workstations, Firewalls, Exchange server and Active Directory.
- Work comfortably under pressure and deliver on tight deadlines with a meticulous attention to detail and outstanding problem-solving skills.
- Manage time efficiently, multi-task, adapt to changes, and stay calm under pressure, especially during client emergencies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience configuring, troubleshooting, and repairing Cloud-based networking, Windows servers and workstations, Firewalls, Exchange server and Active Directory.
- Excellent high-level troubleshooting, attention-to-detail, organization, communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to efficiently multi-task, adapt and stay calm under pressure to any changes or client emergencies.
Qualifications
- Windows 7, Windows 10, Windows 11.
- MS Exchange, MS Office / 365.
- Networking/Switching hardware: VLANS, Routing, Switching.
- Networking Protocols - TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, Firewall.
- Cyber Security (Hacks & Viruses).
- Advanced education in related IT field.
- Mac operating system experience a plus!
Skills
- Microsoft Server & Cloud based Azure or AWS.
- Active Directory, Group Policy & User Profile Management.
