What You’ll Do

  • Support & Stabilize Environments: Monitor, maintain, and optimize client networks, servers, and cloud environments
  • Own Escalations: Act as a technical escalation point for the Service Team on complex issues
  • Troubleshoot Effectively: Diagnose and resolve advanced issues across systems, networking, and infrastructure
  • Strengthen Security: Support firewalls, VPNs, backups, and overall security posture
  • Deliver a 5-Star Experience: Provide clear, confident support to both clients and internal team members

Requirements

  • Technical Experience: 3–5+ years in IT support or systems administration (MSP experience strongly preferred)
  • Core Knowledge: Windows environments, Active Directory, networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VLANs), and server infrastructure
  • Problem Solving: Ability to work through more complex issues and support others in doing the same
  • Team Mindset: Comfortable collaborating with the Service Team and stepping in as needed
  • Certifications (Preferred): Network+, Security+, or similar
