What You’ll Do
- Provide first-level technical support (hardware, software, systems)
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues—or escalate when needed
- Manage IT tickets, calls, and support requests
- Set up and configure employee devices and accounts
- Maintain and audit IT inventory and systems
- Support onboarding/offboarding processes
- Assist with AV setups and company events
- Contribute to IT projects, upgrades, and improvements
- Document processes, fixes, and system updates
- Uphold IT security protocols and best practices
What You Bring
- 2+ years of IT support or helpdesk experience
- Strong knowledge of:
- Microsoft 365 Admin Center
- Computer hardware/software systems
- Ticketing & device management tools
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and stay organized
Preferred Certifications
- CompTIA A+
- Network+

The pay range for this role is:
- 17 - 20 USD per hour (Columbus Market)
