About the role

We are seeking a full-time Level 2 help desk / field technician to join our team. This position involves providing technical support to clients ranging from small businesses to enterprises, including setting up printers, diagnosing internet issues, and assisting with network deployments.

Responsibilities

  • Setting up and troubleshooting printers
  • Diagnosing and resolving internet connectivity issues
  • Assisting engineers with complete network deployments
  • Providing remote support using Remote Monitoring Systems
  • Managing ticketing systems such as ConnectWise
  • Using Anti-Virus and Malware software
  • Working with Microsoft Office 2016 and 365
  • Operating Windows 11
  • Utilizing Active Directory knowledge
  • Understanding and implementing 365/GSuite knowledge

Requirements

  • A thorough knowledge of ticketing systems (ConnectWise preferred)
  • Experience with Anti-Virus and Malware software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office through 2016 and 365
  • Knowledge of Windows 11
  • Understanding of Active Directory
  • Experience with Remote Monitoring Systems
  • Ability to provide remote support
  • Experience with 365/GSuite (a big plus)

Qualifications

  • Current U.S. citizenship
  • Dependable transportation and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
