About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Aircraft Procurement & Asset Manager to lead acquisition strategies, manage inventory, and build strong industry relationships that drive long-term growth.

Responsibilities

• Complete repairs on aircraft parts and components
• Display a professional demeanor and foster a respectful work environment
• Work across various departments to accomplish tasks with minimal supervision
• Ensure all work is done safely and in accordance with approved technical data
• Execute maintenance entries on maintenance forms and work orders
• Maintain work area cleanliness and promote a safe operation
• Follow Federal Aviation Regulations and Repair Station policies
• Handle incoming parts, supplies, and components with proper inspections
• Ensure proper tooling and equipment are utilized and in good condition
• Communicate effectively in English and perform other job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• A technical degree preferred
• A valid driver’s license for airline travel and/or a valid passport (ideal)
• Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attend work regularly and notify supervisor in advance of shift changes
• Reliable transportation to work daily
• Comply with Federal Aviation Administration guidelines
• Follow company and safety rules during performance of duties
• Maintain customer-oriented work habits
• Experience with Apple and Microsoft products (especially Outlook, Word, and Excel spreadsheets)
• Work independently with little supervision

Qualifications

• Lift up to 70 lbs
• Routine walking, bending, squatting, and sitting
• Routine or repetitive physical motion with arms and hands
• Standing or sitting for long periods of time while performing repairs
