Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain inventory, stock, and supply at customer storeroom locations.
- Serve as the main point of contact for key customers, ensuring consistent communication and exceptional service.
- Understand customer maintenance schedules to identify new business opportunities and negotiate commercial terms to expand onsite stockroom utilization.
- Work closely with outside sales and inside support teams to identify opportunities, coordinate quotations, and follow up on leads.
- Utilize company platforms (e.g., Salesforce) to manage and report all business and sales activities.
- Adhere to and respect safety requirements at each customer site.
- Continually seek new business within existing customer locations and assist with introductory sales calls for new account leads.
- Meet deadlines for customer needs and complete required administrative tasks.

Education & Experience
- Required: High school diploma or GED, 1–2 years of related experience or training
- PREFERRED: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a technical field, 3+ years of experience selling products in the process control industry, Experience with CMMS or ERP systems
Work Environment & Physical Demands
- Exposure to mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles, and varying noise levels at customer sites.
- Active role requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and occasional sitting for extended periods.
- Visual acuity for close/distance/color/peripheral vision and depth perception.
Additional Information
- Occasional overnight travel may be required, primarily during business hours.
- Limited supervisory responsibility related to projects and customer relations.
