This role involves providing safe, high-quality MRI imaging services with a focus on patient care and safety. Responsibilities Include Performing a variety of technical procedures independently, including equipment setup and patient positioning.Gathering clinical histories, administering contrast media safely, and ensuring proper identification and privacy of patients.Responding to emergency situations, reviewing images for quality, and ensuring equipment functionality.Explaining procedures to patients, addressing concerns, and maintaining professional communication.Maintaining equipment, cleaning, and adhering to infection control protocols.Transporting and assisting patients, supporting departmental operations, and performing clerical duties as needed.Producing acceptable images, transmitting studies to PACS, and maintaining a safe MRI environment.Participating in training, quality control, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Qualifications And Skills Radiologic Technology certification with ARMRIT or ARRT-MR, and BLS certification.Minimum of 1 year clinical experience, preferably in MRI settings.Excellent communication, customer service, multitasking, and team collaboration skills.Competence in MRI procedures, anatomy, pathology, and safety protocols.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and perform effectively under pressure.
