Role Overview This PRN MRI Technologist position involves performing diagnostic imaging procedures using advanced modalities such as MRI, CT, and other imaging techniques. Key responsibilities include preparing patients and equipment, conducting independent studies, assisting with workflow, and ensuring MRI safety screenings. The role requires providing quality patient care and supporting department operations. Qualifications & Skills Associate degree or higher in a related field.Certification as a Registered Technologist in Radiography (R.T.(R)) and/or MRI.Experience in radiology or medical imaging is preferred, including familiarity with MRI, CT, X-ray, or related areas.Licenses such as IEMA (excluding MRI), RT, CT, MR, and others may be required.Additional certifications like CPR and IV therapy are advantageous. Key Duties Prepare patients and equipment for imaging procedures.Perform studies independently and in various clinical scenarios.Assist with patient safety screenings and department workflow.
