This role involves providing safe, high-quality diagnostic imaging services, primarily in MRI, requiring independent judgment, technical proficiency, and excellent patient care skills. Responsibilities include preparing and positioning patients, operating imaging equipment, ensuring image quality, and maintaining safety protocols. Key duties encompass patient history collection, contrast administration, image review, emergency response, equipment maintenance, and documentation. Candidates must demonstrate strong communication, customer service, and teamwork abilities, with the capacity to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications include a certificate in Radiologic Technology, ARMRIT or ARRT-MR certification, BLS certification, and at least one year of clinical experience, preferably in MRI. Additional skills required are anatomy and pathology knowledge, attention to detail, multi-tasking, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
