Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures independently, including MRI, on adult and pediatric patients.
- Prepare patients and equipment, oversee shift operations, and manage workflow and priorities.
- Serve as a clinical resource, troubleshoot issues, mentor staff and students, and assist in developing departmental protocols.
- Act as a liaison between the team and supervisor, communicate effectively, and ensure proper supply management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Associate degree or Trade School equivalency; certification as a Registered Technologist in Radiography (R.T.(R)) and/or MR.
- 2+ years of relevant experience; preferred experience includes leadership roles like Lead Tech or Supervisor.
- Valid licenses/certifications such as RTR, CT, MR, or equivalent; CPR certification is preferred.
