We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We need to parse the job description. We have job title Maintenance Manager, location MRF Tajiguas Landfill, FLSA Exempt, prepared date, reports to President, direct reports Shift Maintenance Supervisors. Position summary paragraph. We need sections: About the role (maybe position summary). Responsibilities (duties). Requirements (maybe qualifications). Qualifications (maybe education/experience). Skills (maybe core competencies). Benefits, Pay, Schedule: we need to see if posting mentions them. I don't see explicit benefits, pay, schedule. There's no mention of salary, benefits, work schedule. So we should NOT include those sections. We need to preserve all substantive info, not invent. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. There's none. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. Also avoid Job ID etc. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. Thus sections: About the role (position summary). Responsibilities (duties and responsibilities). Qualifications (education, experience). Skills (core competencies, job specific competencies, knowledge, skills, abilities). Possibly Requirements could be separate from Qualifications? The instruction list includes Requirements as a possible heading. We could combine qualifications and requirements? But we need to decide. The posting has "Qualifications" section with bullet-like paragraphs. Also "Core Competencies" and "JOB SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES". Also "Knowledge, Skills, Abilities And Experience". That's a lot. We could create sections: About the role (position summary). Responsibilities (duties). Requirements (maybe core competencies? but better to have Qualifications). Skills (knowledge, skills, abilities). Possibly we could have both Qualifications and Skills. We need to avoid thin sections; prefer few substantive sections. Could combine Qualifications and Skills into one "Qualifications" section that includes education, experience, competencies, knowledge, skills. But the instruction says use headings for those categories if content exists. We could include About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills. That's four sections. Check if any content for Benefits, Pay, Schedule: none, so omit. Now we need to extract content. About the role: position summary paragraph: "The Maintenance Manager is a key member of the MRF support team and is responsible for executing the strategic objectives of equipment maintenance and directing maintenance to ensure optimal and efficient performance of the shop. Will lead the maintenance team’s efforts, applying techniques in best maintenance practices to maximize equipment reliability and resource availability, through recognized improvement and sustainability programs that include planning and managing the maintenance activities i.e. purchase, repair and equipment; coordinates equipment maintenance, service and repair needs; manages regulatory compliance requirements; trains, develops and evaluates the performance of assigned personnel. An ideal candidate would be self-motivated, technically inclined, strong operational background, embrace change and remain calm in a changing and fast-paced environment." Also there is "A TYPICAL DAY:" paragraph but that's more fluff; we could include as part of About the role? It's prose about making a difference. Might be considered substantive. We'll include it as part of About the role. Responsibilities: The list under "DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following:" then many sentences separated by periods. We need to turn each duty into

  • . We need to preserve all substantive info; we should not summarize away detail. So we need to break into list items each duty. The text is a long run-on with periods but no clear bullet. We need to keep all these as list items. Now Qualifications: The section "Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions." Then "Core Competencies" list: Doing Good, Making Good, Treating People Well, Environmentally Focused, Observant, Safety Matters. Then "JOB SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES: Project Management, Mechanical Aptitude, Safety, Compliance, Leadership". Then "Knowledge, Skills, Abilities And Experience" paragraph with many bullet-like sentences. We could combine these into Qualifications section (education, experience, competencies). Or we could have Qualifications (education/experience) and Skills (core competencies, job specific competencies, knowledge, skills, abilities). Let's decide. We have Education: "EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline is highly desired. Experience can be substituted for education with a minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in maintenance management, and repair of equipment." Also Language Skills: "Position requires excellent verbal and writes English communication skills including ability to read, comprehend, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals." Thus we have education/experience and language skills. Thus we could have Qualifications section covering education/experience, language skills, core competencies, job specific competencies, knowledge, skills, abilities. But that may be too thick. Alternatively, we could have Qualifications (education/experience) and Skills (competencies, knowledge, skills, abilities). That seems reasonable. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills. Now we need to output HTML fragment with

    headings and

    or

    • . We must not include any extra text. Let's craft. About the role: combine position summary and typical day paragraph. Position summary paragraph: "The Maintenance Manager is a key member of the MRF support team and is responsible for executing the strategic objectives of equipment maintenance and directing maintenance to ensure optimal and efficient performance of the shop. An ideal candidate would be self-motivated, technically inclined, strong operational background, embrace change and remain calm in a changing and fast-paced environment." Typical day paragraph: "This is not just a job; this is a dedicated team determined to make a difference while managing the appropriate allocation of labor to work. We believe in making a difference every hour, every day. Our positive energy and time are invested for the purpose of a cleaner future for our county, next generation, and a greener environment." We'll put both in

      maybe separate

      elements. Now Responsibilities:

      • each duty. Now Qualifications: include education, experience substitution, language skills. We could format as

        for prose, maybe

        • for list items? The education/experience is not a list but we can put in

          . Language skills also

. Now Skills: include core competencies, job specific competencies, knowledge, skills, abilities. We could list core competencies as

          • , job specific competencies as
            • , and knowledge, skills, abilities as
              • each sentence. Let's extract knowledge, skills, abilities sentences: From "Knowledge, Skills, Abilities And Experience Principles, methods and practices pertaining to the operation of an equipment maintenance and repair facility
