MPR, Medical Practice Representative / Front Desk
About the role
Medical Practice Representative serves as a primary contact/link between office and all outside parties. Performs duties such as scheduling appointments, entering patient demographics into system, filing and maintaining patient medical records. Specialty: Primary Care. Location: 6024 Hoover Road, Suite A, Grove City, OH 43123. Hours of office: Monday‑Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. Employment type: Part‑time. Responsibilities
- Welcome patients
- Register patients
- Gather insurance, check demographics
- Soft collections
- Answering incoming calls

Requirements
- Education: High school graduate or equivalent
- Experience: One to two years of medical office experience preferred
Skills
- Basic computer skills required
- Experience answering multiline telephone system preferred
