About the role
Medical Practice Representative serves as a primary contact/link between the office and all outside parties. Performs duties such as scheduling appointments, entering patient demographics into the system, filing, and maintaining patient medical records.

Schedule
Monday–Friday: 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm
Responsibilities
- Welcome patients
- Register patients
- Gather insurance and check demographics
- Soft collections
- Answer incoming calls
- Use EPIC system
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- One to two years of medical office experience preferred
- Experience answering multiline telephone system preferred
- Basic computer skills required
