Medical Practice Representative / Front Desk
Position Purpose
Serves as a primary contact/link between office and all outside parties. Performs duties such as scheduling appointments, entering patient demographics into system, filing and maintaining patient medical records.

Monday - Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m - possible hybrid post training - 6 month to 1 year.
What You Will Do
- Welcome patients
- Register patients
- Gather insurance, check demographics
- Soft collections
- Answering incoming calls
- EPIC
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: High school graduate or equivalent
- Licensure / Certification: N/A
- Experience: One to two years of medical office experience preferred
- Experience answering multiline telephone system preferred
- Basic computer skills required
