Medical Practice Representative / Front Desk

Position Purpose

The Medical Practice Representative serves as a primary contact/link between the office and all outside parties. Duties include scheduling appointments, entering patient demographics into the system, filing and maintaining patient medical records, performing soft collections, and answering incoming calls.

What You Will Do

• Welcome patients
• Register patients
• Gather insurance, check demographics
• Perform soft collections
• Answering incoming calls
• EPIC

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate or equivalent
• Experience: One to two years of medical office experience preferred
• Experience answering multiline telephone system preferred
• Basic computer skills required
