Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the program's curriculum map
- Ensure alignment of courses with ARC-PA standards and program learning outcomes
- Track course- and program-level competencies to identify gaps or redundancies
- Serve as the primary staff member on the Curriculum Committee
- Collaborate directly with faculty to review program data and recommend evidence-based curricular improvements
- Support faculty in revising existing courses for clarity, engagement, and learning outcomes
- Afford assistance in developing new courses or modules to meet evolving program needs
- Afford support for ensuring instructional materials follow best practices in health professions education
- Build and maintain courses in Canvas with standardized templates and accessibility compliance
- Implement best practices for course design, navigation, and engagement tools
- Provide troubleshooting and technical support for faculty and students
- Work with faculty to ensure strong course design
- Conduct regular course audits and implement improvements based on feedback and best practices
- Guide faculty on learning science, active learning strategies, and assessment design
- Serve as a point of contact for ongoing instructional support, troubleshooting, and coaching at the master's level
