Move-In Coordinator
The Role
At Watermark Retirement Communities, we seek a Move in Coordinator to join our team. This role involves coordinating the move-in process, ensuring smooth transitions, and providing excellent service to both residents and their families.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the move-in process for new residents
- Communicate with prospective residents, family members, moving companies, maintenance staff, housekeeping, and interior designers
- Take responsibility for managing every aspect of the move from start to finish
- Work closely with the sales team and management to ensure a seamless experience for new residents
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in move-in coordination
- Background in sales is a plus
- Highly organized
- Excellent people skills
- Great communicator
- Strong computer skills in Word, Excel, and online systems
