Move-In Coordinator

The Role

The Move-In Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless transition for new residents into Watermark Retirement Communities. This position involves coordinating the entire move-in process, from initial contact with prospective residents to final check-ins.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the move-in process for new residents
• Communicate with prospective residents and their families
• Work with moving companies, maintenance staff, housekeeping, and interior designers
• Take on the responsibility of being the point person for every move from start to finish
• Ensure a smooth transition that makes residents feel comfortable and ready to thrive in their new home

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in move-in coordination
• Strong sales background preferred
• Highest level of organization and attention to detail
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and online systems

• Passionate about working with seniors
• Ability to make a positive first impression
