About the role
Farmington Station, an assisted living and memory support community in Farmington, is renowned for its innovative approaches to senior care, including an award-winning Brain Healthy Cooking Program and the Dementia Friendly Communities Initiative.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a point of contact for residents and their families, aiding in the scheduling of assessments and move-in dates.
- Coordinate move-in paperwork and maintain resident files.
- Assist with scheduling tours, preparing marketing materials, and scheduling outreach meetings or presentations.
- Work collaboratively across departments to ensure apartments are move-in ready.
- Promote and participate in company-wide initiatives and events.

Pay & Schedule
- Full-time salaried role: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
- Starting rate: $27 per hour.
