Move-In Coordinator
About the role
The ideal candidate will coordinate the move-in process, taking care of both large and small details to ensure a smooth transition for our residents. Responsibilities include communication with prospective residents, their families, moving companies, maintenance, housekeeping, and interior designers.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the move-in process for new residents
- Communicate with prospective residents and their family members
- Work with moving companies, maintenance, housekeeping, and interior designers
- Take on the role of point person for every move from start to finish
- Work closely with the sales team and management
Requirements
- 2+ years in a move-in coordination role
- Highly organized
- Excellent people skills
- Great communicator
- Excellent computer skills in Word, Excel, and online systems
Qualifications
- Sales background a plus
