About the role
Support occupancy through effective planning of move-ins, move-outs, and in-house transfers.
Responsibilities
- Aid incoming residents with all facets of transition and move to the property.
- Assist marketing team by assisting with tours, responding to telephone inquiries, hosting functions, and community outreach as needed.
- Aid in the sales process with prospects and in the production of reports.
- Cook up the refurbishing, cleaning and inspection of units after move-outs and before move-ins.
- Communicate incoming residents’ special needs or requirements to the appropriate channels.
Qualifications
- No experience is needed, though previous sales experience of any kind is preferred.
- You are detail-oriented and take pride in crossing T’s and dotting I’s.
- You have an outgoing personality and enjoy communicating with co-workers from multiple departments, as well as prospective residents and their family members.
