About the role

Responsible for performing a variety of janitorial duties such as running dish machine, cleaning floors, cleaning workstations, and general cleaning and sanitation of kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Wash all dishes and cookware.
• Clean floors and walls.
• Remove trash from kitchen in a timely manner.
• Assist in all aspects of cleaning and sanitation as instructed by Sous Chef and department Leadership.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned.

Requirements

• Required to have or obtain food handlers and alcohol service certifications.
• Must be 18+ years old and be available for all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and pass a drug test and background check for an AZ Gaming License.
• Must adhere to all Cliff Castle Casino Hotel policies and procedures.
• Must be committed to providing exceptional guest service through a welcoming, friendly, and professional environment.
