Motor Vehicle Operator NA-04

This position is located at Shockwave, Fort Irwin, California. We serve a variety of menu items including pizzas, appetizers, pastas, salads, and offer delivery services to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Drives various types of vehicles (sedans, passenger vans, trucks up to 10,000 pounds) to deliver customer food orders on post.
• Collects payment for delivered orders and reconciles with delivery tickets.
• Completes driver's accident reports in case of accidents.
• Performs driver's maintenance according to established rules and regulations.
• Performs lower-graded food service and custodial duties when not operating a vehicle.
• Performs other assigned duties.

Requirements

• Direct Deposit and Social Security Card are required.
• Must meet qualification, eligibility, and background requirements for this position.
• Must satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
• Must pass all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, including a Tier 1 background investigation.
• Requires a valid driver's license.
• Requires a pre-employment physical.

Qualifications

• Must possess prior cash handling experience and a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to carry 20 to 40 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
