Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of Mortgage Loan Officers to achieve and exceed their production goals.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Drive team performance by implementing effective strategies for lead conversion and pipeline management.
• Collaborate with our recruiting team to onboard and integrate new loan officers into your team.
• Maintain your own loan origination activities, setting a strong example of productivity and excellence.
• Facilitate regular team meetings to align on goals, share best practices, and celebrate successes.
• Monitor and analyze team performance metrics to identify areas for growth and development opportunities for each member of your team.

Pay

$95,000 - $230,000/year
