Mortgage Team Leader | Override + Production | MA & NH
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of mortgage loan officers to achieve and exceed production goals.
- Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills in loan origination and customer service.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment that encourages growth and success.
- Monitor and analyze team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for success.
- Cook up with NextGen's infrastructure to ensure efficient handling of inbound mortgage leads.
- Provide hands-on guidance in pipeline management to maximize loan conversion rates and customer satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of mentoring and developing team members in loan origination and customer service.

- Ability to implement strategies for success based on performance analysis.
- Proficiency in coordinating with infrastructure to ensure efficient handling of inbound mortgage leads is a plus, but not required.

This is not a salary position. This role is designed for producing loan officers who want to grow beyond personal production by building a team and earning override on team performance. NextGen provides the infrastructure. We handle the recruiting process and supply loan officers for you to mentor, develop, and grow. You focus on leading, coaching, and driving production.
