Mortgage Processor - Future Opportunities

About the role

Acrisure Mortgage, a leading residential mortgage lender, is seeking experienced Mortgage Processors for potential future opportunities within our organization. While we may not have an immediate opening, we are always interested in connecting with seasoned processors who have current experience as well as a proven track record of supporting builder partnerships. Responsibilities

• Process files from submission through underwriting to closing
• Work closely with the borrower, referral source and internal team members including the Loan Officers, Underwriters and Closers to complete all functions within a timely manner and consistent with all operations policies and procedures
• Maintain open lines of communication with all parties involved in the loan process
• Provide exceptional customer service

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-5 years current experience processing residential mortgage loans
• Experience processing FHA, VA, Conventional, Bond and USDA loans
• Experience working on retail builder pipelines
• Familiar with guidelines for each loan type
• Experience using DU, LP and GUS
• Accustomed to working with multiple loan originators
• Capable of processing an average of 15-20 closed files per month
• Encompass experience
• Navigates Microsoft Office with ease and is technology savvy
• Possess problem solving skills, attention to detail and strong communication skills
• Experience working with a new home builder preferred

Pay

This position pays a base wage and has monthly bonus and overtime eligibility.
