Mortgage Processor

About the role

Maintain and manage mortgage loan files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. Handle loan applications, prepare documents, and coordinate with clients and third-party vendors.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify loan applications for completeness and accuracy.
• Prepare and submit loan documentation to third-party lenders.
• Communicate with clients regarding loan status and progress.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
• Ensure all loan transactions comply with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in mortgage processing or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of federal and state mortgage regulations.
• Experience with loan origination systems (LOS).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Skills

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
