About the role
We are currently seeking a skilled and high-producing mortgage processor to work with the mortgage loan officers on our team.
Responsibilities
- Navigate the mortgage lending process with applicants
- Review and verify loan applications
- Process loan applications efficiently and accurately
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Communicate with clients and loan officers to resolve issues
- Prepare loan documents and submit to underwriters
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in mortgage processing
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (preferred)
- Knowledge of mortgage lending regulations and compliance
Skills
- Proficient in using mortgage software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
