We're seeking Full-Cycle Mortgage Processors to handle home equity loan processing for an esteemed Michigan credit union.
About the role
This is a contract, onsite position based in Troy, MI. The role involves managing 25 to 30 files per person once fully trained, processing home equity loans from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Review income information (e.g., pay stubs)
- Order appraisals if needed
- Order flood certification
- Gather payoff information
- Review mortgagee clause
- Prepare files for closing and send to underwriting
- Arrange closing
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 30-minute lunch break.
Pay
$22.00 - $26.00 per hour.
