About the role
First Heritage Mortgage Services is seeking an experienced Mortgage Processor for a hybrid position at our Neshaminy Interplex office location. The role involves processing and underwriting various loan applications.
Responsibilities
- Process Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and PHFA loans according to Investor guidelines.
- Identify and recommend alternative loan structuring and financing solutions.
- Ensure all information is accurate in the loan origination system, including FHA Connection.
- Assist in responding to Quality Control Audits.
Requirements
- At least three years of experience in mortgage lending.
- Current advanced knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA, and PHFA programs and guidelines.
- Well-developed communication skills.
- Ability to identify and cultivate existing and future business opportunities.
