Your Impact:

In This Role You Will:

• Own and advance loans from set-up through closing with accuracy and speed to support a high-volume pipeline.
• Deliver an exceptional borrower experience while coordinating all stakeholders to on-time settlements.

• Your Impact: Own and advance loans from set-up through closing with accuracy and speed to support a high-volume pipeline; Deliver an exceptional borrower experience while coordinating all stakeholders to on-time settlements.
• Requirements:
• 3+ years of title and/or mortgage experience
• Strong experience reviewing title documents
• Prior experience with Salesforce-preferred
• Proficiency with Outlook and Adobe products
• Strong Microsoft Office experience
• Experience lending directly to LLCs is a plus
• Must be incredibly detail-oriented
• Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
• Real estate knowledge is a plus
• Strong work ethic and can-do attitude
