Mortgage Loan Processor II
Prevail Bank is seeking a Mortgage Loan Processor II to assist Mortgage Loan Officers with various loan-related tasks. Duties include reviewing lender notes, preparing loan disclosures, verifying documentation, coordinating loan closings, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Review lender notes for special instructions
- Complete Pre-UW scrub of loan files
- Prepare and review initial loan disclosures
- Verify borrower e-consent and Patriot Act information
- Order and update third-party verifications and documents
- Coordinate closings with title companies and MLOs
- Prepare and provide closing packages
- Manage timelines and deliverables
- Communicate with borrowers and MLOs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in mortgage processing preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
